New England grindcore outfit GRIND OF THE DEAD have come a long way since breaking their ten year hiatus in 2015 with the release of their 40-song comeback album Pussy Jamz. Initially reformed as a one man studio project, mastermind King Grindfuck enlisted the services of Joe Bollettiero (Iron Gag) on drums, Cam Dupere (Begat The Nephilim) and Jim Silvio (Oh, The Humanity, Vilanvs) on guitar and Brendan Seigel (Begat The Nephilim) on bass, to help bring his grind onslaught into a live setting.

For the latest album, No Lives Matter, King Grindfuck traveled to Aurora, CO to record with Ray Ouellette at Loadblower Studios. The album was recorded from start to finish in a mere 5 days on one track to create a cohesive experience for the listener. The final result strays far from its predecessor. Gone are the abundant filth and humor laden quotes that littered Pussy Jamz, instead replaced by a cold and menacing presence. If anything, No Lives Matter is the antithesis of the former record. Here, the abrasive attack and nihilistic approach leaves nothing to laugh about. The album is more than a collection of songs; it is a statement about human life told through a dark and lonely lens. Grind Of The Dead have reemerged with their strongest and most powerful album to date, featuring stunning artwork by Stephen Bower (Cryptic Void, Gatecreeper, etc). 

Now in 2018 Grind Of The Dead are poised to release a slew of new EPs through Awakened Death Records and will continue to grind and destroy as many stages as they can.
